My AC/fan completely stopped working a couple weeks ago. Brought it into a shop and they diagnosed that the blower motor needed to be replaced, but my car has 160k miles on it and I know nothing about work on vehicles so I thought this would be an easy project to take on replacing myself. Anywho, I got a new motor through the Ford dealership, took out the old motor and plugged in the new motor to have absolutely nothing happen. To try to identify a culprit, I confirmed that the fuse is fine (~0.... Wiring Diagrams FORD by Model. I have a 2007 Ford Fusion SE manual transmission 2.3L that began acting up whenever I would shift into first gear, it would take forever to accelerate. Same with 2nd, 3rd and 4th until eventually it wouldn’t go faster than 20-30 mph. Then after a meeting I had to put gas pedal down hard just to back out of backing space and then on the road it wouldn’t even accelerate at all. It’s parked in a parking lot. When it’s running, I can leave it in gear then get out and it won’t stall out. I did see sm... I was out running errands and when I stopped to get gas I saw oil light was on. Obviously I knew that that wasn't good. Checked my oil level and it was a little low, but nothing crazy, so I topped it off and the light was still on. I figured it was probably just due for an oil change, and took it to Walmart. On my way there I noticed the light turn off while I was driving, but would turn back on when I stopped at a stop light. So I got the oil change and problem solved. Until a couple of miles... Anyone know what could be causing this problem? It's at about 100,000 miles
2007 ford fusion belt diagram. This morning I started my car and it was rough turning over. Eventually it came on but there was a yellow wrench light indicator. I shifted into reverse and pushed down on the gas and the RPMs did not change at all even when I pushed it to the ground. I turned it off and back on and it magically was back to normal. I’m not sure if it matters but the day before I took off the negative battery lead to do a parasitic draw test because of a backup camera I installed. What could cause this? Should ... How much would you expect the replacement of one of these suckers to run? The Snowicane took me down. So my mom got me a 2007 ford fusion a couple months back ($5000CAD, with 75000 km. It was a steal). I noticed it had a touch screen which I find odd because it was 2007, and I dug around to see if many other fusions of this year had touchscreens too, but I mostly only saw aftermarket ones, but this one isn't or atleast I don't think it is. Is it normal for this year of fusion to have a touchscreen? Like was it an optional package for it So, today we were driving through a muddy road in a forest (the only way to get to our village rn, the main road is being rebuild) and at a completely straight road we lost grip, car got sideways and unfortunatelly the front of it landed on a tree. We are talking about really low speeds (15-20km/h), so we are fine. I can't say the same about the car. The frame (i think?) got bent, it punctured a cooler (im not that good in english, sorry).. Aesthetic damage ofc, bent bonnet and bumper. Car start...
Hey guys what’s up. Was wondering if this 07 fusion was worth it. It has 170k miles on it and so far the only problems are as follows: •Small crack on windshield by where it meets the roof but a little lower (doesn’t obstruct view) around the length of a water bottle •Needs one motor mount Radio screen does not light up because of a fuse that’s blown, works fine otherwise Hood is slightly bent downwards Inspected it for frame damage and everything looks good. Drove smooth and AC works great. ... Went to a dealer the other day with a Fusion that thew an overheat warning and the dealer said that some of the radiator hoses and water pump were installed incorrectly and that the head gasket might be blown. The incorrectly installed hoses seem plausible because the radiator was changed by a 3rd party, but I wanted to see for myself. Is there any way to get a diagram of the proper hose connections for a radiator for a 2014 Fusion? All I've found online are the exploded parts views that really... I have an stock 8” Sync 3 radio system. I’m installing an LOC for the first time, but can’t find any diagrams online identifying the wires I’m looking at. Everything I can find is for previous years not compatible with my car. Is there another way to install the LOC or somebody know the correct wires? It’s a bit frustrating and I don’t want to take the car into a shop to get it installed. Thanks 🙏. Hello all, I am a new car owner and this Fusion is my first car, but its been our family car since 07 and well taken care of. ( garage kept, etc) nowadays i park outside, and i know the cold will get to her but just after making appointments to get the original alternator and power steering replaced, engine light kicks on. used a code reader and it read that the intake manifold is stuck open. erased it, ran without the light for a day but now its back on and when i started it the rpms jumped up a...
I’ve always owned sedans, and I’ve currently been driving my 2007 Ford Fusion SEL, which I’ve loved. It has power, easy to handle, and just feels nice. But I’m looking to move up and try something a bit bigger maybe. But it’s complicated. I have a pretty severe back problem that causes chronic pain constantly, and I’m looking for a car that’s as comfy as possible but also has some modern bells and whistles for 25k or under. The only reason I was thinking compact SUV was due to ease of enteri... Find your Ford vehicle Owner Manual and other information here.
