It has all standing rigging, but no running rigging, so I need info on how to set up the halyards, backstay bridle, traveler, main sheet, outhaul, cunningham, etc etc. I've searched and can't seem to find any good info. New sailor here, recently acquired a ‘69 Lido 14. The previous owner seemed to have a very loose rig. I see on forums that a looser rig is called for on this boat. My question is, should I be able to wiggle the mast side to side? How loose are we talking? I will not be racing anytime soon, just cruising around a lake. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
