Does it turn into an electron because if the electron were to just appear, conservation of momentum would be violated? As you can see, I'm quite new to this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Herein, we synthesize SiO2, porous Si, and Si quantum dots (SiQDs) from rice husks containing 20 wt % SiO2 using a conventional chemical synthesis method and investigate the structure, optical, and optoelectrical properties. The extraction yields of SiO2 and Si powders from rice husks are 100 and 86%, respectively. As shown in Figure 1H, the N2 cocktail upregulated mRNA expression in 10 out of 14 N2-associated genes, suggesting a dramatic shift toward the N2 phenotype.
